Winter Weather Update & Snow Removal Expectations

Dear Valued Residents,

Our Offices will be closed on Saturday due to Inclement Weather. Due to the significant snowfall forecasted in our region, we want to remind everyone that our snow removal vendors will be operating as conditions permit. They will make every effort to keep roads, walkways, breezeways as clear as possible, as quickly as possible. However, with the anticipated accumulation, there may be times when roads, parking areas, walkways & breezeways are snow-covered or difficult to navigate.

For your safety, please proceed with extreme caution while moving throughout the community.

Additionally, extreme weather conditions may impact maintenance response times. While high-level emergencies will continue to be prioritized, access limitations and weather conditions may cause delays. Due to weather conditions, certain maintenance issues normally treated as emergencies may experience delays until weather conditions improve.

We appreciate your patience and understanding during this uncontrollable severe weather event and thank you for taking extra care while on the property.
